Another “trademark” of a Viewridge home that we like to promote is “In slab Heat”. We've had great success by using the thermal mass of concrete as both the finish floor and the heating slab. We combine these by etching the concrete into tile size shapes, staining the concrete and sealing the top with either a high gloss or a matte finish.
